Budget Maintenance

Net•Yield provides the tools to create budgets for revenue and expense accounts and to later track the results against actual performance. The Budget Maintenance option allows for the entry of monthly budget amounts by revenue and expense accounts for comparison to actual figures.

The Budget to Actual Comparison provides a report that compares monthly results against budgeted amounts.

The Monthly and Year-to-Date Budget Reports compare budgeted amounts to actual numbers and shows the variance between the two.

Net•Yield also allows you to produce your own custom formats to create budget reports.

Budget Maintenance Fields

Account	Enter the general ledger account number you wish to set a budget for.
Cost Center	Enter the cost center associated with the account you wish to set a budget for.
Jan through Dec	The periods of your accounting year.
Dollar amount	The dollar amount to be budgeted each period for this account/cost center.
